The truth is none of us know what is going to happen next on any given day at any given time…
If I lose sight of this then my preconceived ideas about what is going to happen will rule my life instead of my reality ruling my life…
This is living in a state of delusion to what our reality is.
The disciplines of Steps 10 and 11 teach us to approach everything with a beginner’s mind…
Everything!
Yes even those things you are delusioned into believing you have control over.
It is impossible to stay plugged into your Step 3 decision to turn your will and your life over to the care of God unless you have a beginner’s mind…impossible!
